New timing rules in NCAA

Starting the clock on first down after a change of possession. That is gonna take a good 4 or 5 minutes off of every single game. I personally think its dumb. Its like making an MLB game 8 innings or an nba game have 10 minute quarters.

Clocks move way too slow in NCAAF and I hate it.
