I'm on the Under 56 in this game....Reasons:
First off, we have the new rule change. Most of the games last night seemed to trend to the under....
I read on the Nevada website that weak spots of their team are the offensive line and their receiving corps. That should play into Fresno's hands at home on a Friday night with revenge. They'll play tough 'D' on these boys....Nevada QB should have trouble passing and the Bulldogs have a star corner that should make passing difficult.
Reading up on Fresno from the local paper, Fresno is starting a new QB, Brandstater who only took a few snaps last year. He is a Sophmore and should have trouble moving the ball. Hill plans on running a lot.
Fresno also has 3 returning RB's and 2 returning fullbacks. Coach Hill is known as a smash mouth coach and will want to pound the ball the entire game with a green QB at the helm. Esp. first game and a league game to boot.
Hill has said he is VERY confident in his field goal kicker.
Fresno also has a new Offensive coordinator and Hill has said, nothing will change for him as he wants to see a team that runs often and mixes it up with short passes.
I feel the game will see a lot of run plays and hopefully, a clock that runs and runs with the new rule going into effect.
I will also be at the game, on the sidelines, so if a pass play comes my way, I will most certainly do my best to break it up.
I hate losiong money for anyone here, so opinions are welcomed and bet this only if you feel confident as well...
