CFB YTD 0-0
Plays rated 1-4*'s.
I will post plays as I bet them and will use the line at the time of my original post (the one I bet) to grade my plays. In the case of a couple of my plays this weekend, I caught lines early before they moved. Unfortunately, tonight's play I'm stuck with a line that went the other way. While I will post in my early week thread my lines, I will explain my reasons in follow-up threads like this.
One play for Thursday:
2* Middle Tennessee State -10 1/2
As I said, I have a bad line here as some books are all the way down to -9. That's a steal if you can get it. I think revenge is overrated in collge football but in this case, this is actually a back-to-back game. Midd Tenn and Florida International ended last year's season with FI winning 35-31 at FI putting an end to a very disappointing season for Midd Tenn which got their coach fired. New coach Rick Stockstill is much more offensive minded and almost all the offensive players are back including the QB. Florida International, on the other hand, has major graduation losses with only ten starters back. They are an undermanned team having to open on the road versus a more experienced team with better talent.
Opinion only: Kent State (getting a lot of points)
Previously posted for Saturday:
2* Houston -13 1/2
1* Navy -11 1/2
1* Indiana -4
1* Arkansas +8
