2005 CFB: 39-17-1 (69.6%)
Opinions: 16-8(66%) - Lower rated plays
12-7 CFB Bowl Fade Picks(bowl games not included in win % due to some being in 2006)

First off, yes that record is correct, feel free to check if you have 10 or so hours to read posts. can it happen again? doubtful, this will be the 2nd year of fades, so I have only last years results to rely on.

I will try to use the same system as best as I can, and I dont want to hear any shit if it backfires and you lose $, not my problem, You are responsible for your own bets, and dont follow me blindly just because of the 2005 results.

I am trying to work up some shit for thursday, but I may not have enough data or time to get em out, and any picks will most likely be opinions for week 1 since all the sites I use dont get their shit together and post picks for the 1st week or so.

also in case anyone was wondering if I will post the free picks thread again, most likely no, unless it makes doing the fades easier for me

thursday is a no-go so far, hardly any sites have posted picks, some sites like sports network still have last years bowl games still up, hopefully I can get some more data for saturday...

I only got to the expert picks on CFN, for some reason they cut down the # of picks from 12 to 5, I'm not too thrilled about that, but it is what it is.

the fearless predictions I usually use on games that have a lot of picks, right now, its not helping, hoping these sites get there shit 2gether soon, all I've seen so far is CFN, MSNBC & Harmon forecast

Finally I got most of the info I need, the only one missing is Mejia from sportsline, but that was always the hardest to tally, anyone know if he still posts picks? no matter.

first, I'm reposting the total fade results from last year that I had posted in the college bowl thread, these are just about all the games that had picks for them less the ties, and don't compromise the actual fade picks that I posted:

>Any Fade(no qualifiers, example 16-13): 132-109 (54%)
>Fades with 5 or more differential (example 20-13): 97-74 (56.7%)
>Fades with 5 or more and 40 + picks(example 27-20): 67-36(65%)

Second, the sagarin ratings take a few weeks until they can be used IMO, so like I said earlier, these will all be opinions this week(a separate record kept for them), since I like to use the sagarin ratings to see how the spreads differ

On to the picks, the first 2 plays had the biggest #'s, some of the lines may have moved, but the ones posted are what I based the picks on:

Arkansas +8
Georgia Tech +7
Northern Illinois +19
Marshall +22

some of the also rans(AKA extreme opinions, proceed with caution, I am not betting these):

Vandy +25.5(not sure on this due to the benched players)
Tennessee -1.5(line has swung the other way to +2.5)
So Miss +20
