Went 1-2 yesterday, here are my bets for tonight:
Blue Jays (-105) - Burnet is 4-0 with a 3.04 era last 4 starts. Byrd since the AS break is 2-0 but with a 5.70 era and opponent batting .358 in those 8 starts. Byrd's last start lasted only 2/3 of an inning giving up 9 runs where 3 were earned, but Indians came back to win 15-13 against KC.
Angels (+102) - Mariners have now lost 20 straight games to AL West opponents. Angels have won 7 straight vs the Mariners. Hernandez could be wearing down pitching a career high 151.2 innings this year. He is 0-3 with a 9.39 era last 3 starts.
Padres (+132) - Williams is 3-0 with a 2.49 era last 3 starts. D-Backs are 2-8 last 10 games and Webb has struggled last 2 outings giving up 10 runs, 12 hits in 11 innings. Webb will pitch a day after learning a former Kentucky teammate Jon Hooker was killed in the commuter jet crash in Kentucky early Sunday morning.
