Just One Good Night Play

After finding only one day game worth playing, the same thing happened looking for night plays. Again, just one play for tonight.

Birdog. I screwed up because I laid a run and a half on S.Louis, the first time I laid more than a run this year. It will take a HR with someone on base to win. Not likely, but not impossible either. Oakland is a great play for tonight and I would have made it for more than 5 units, if I had been doing better with my plays lately.

I Found A Second Good Play For Tonight

Philly has been hot. So have the Mets, but Philly broke the Mets winning steak last night. This is also one time where I also like a pitching matchup. Perez? No way.

Mathamaticly/statisticly it's bad to take a home team - 1 1/2 runs........you have just decreased your odds drasticly.......

Too many 1 run games, and if the home team is ahead by 1, they don't bat, thus your're losing 11 % of your offensive power............

In the bottom of the 9th, when 1 run is scored, it's over......no cahnce for a big rally......In essence you need a 2 run or better home run to do it if it's tied........

Visitors - 1 1/2 is OK, cause they are guaranteed all the at bats.......IMO---kapt
