Question for ya Wayne......are your football units = to baseball units?

If they are and if you dont mind me asking why would you bet 6 units on a meaningless football game but 7 units on a grand slam (top rated baseball play).

Reason I ask is sometimes I tail the grand slams but I havent played preseason in years (maybe I am doing myself a disservice)

It looks like you are more confident in the preseason card then you are in the baseball card where I think you do really well.......thanx for the info and best of luck with the plays as usual.

Pimp, It's to each their own. I have used the same "Format" for years here and it basically is to just keep things in order from my favorite plays to my smaller plays.

I bet more on College Basketball than any other sport. NFL would be my 2nd highest. The numbers in the NFL & CBB look the same below but you must remember that CBB is 7 days a week, that's why i said i put alot more on CBB. If i have a 5 Unit CBB play and a 5 Unit NBA play, it doesn't mean i'm putting the same $$$ on them. It means it is my TOP rated game in that particular sport. I know my strenghts and i (for obvious reasons) put more on them.

I have to update my records this weekend but i don't keep preseason or exhibition records anyway.

Ronnie ... I bet on a lot of games in several sports as you know and i keep myself to a very strict scale. It is the ONLY way i can bet that much and stay "In the Game" ... seriously. I can't lose a game and triple up on the next one out of emotion. I used to do that and it beat me down badly.

For the most part this is what i bet based on exactly what i post unit wise. Of course if i'm hot in something i might bump it up a little and if i'm cold i might drop it down some. I've said before that i would rather bet 10 games at $50 each instead of 1 at $500. I like action and the individual bets may not be a TON, but the overall amount each day adds up to quite a bit of "Action".

If anyone was ever to follow my wagers, i would suggest that they set up a similiar scale themselves based on their own finances to use.

Thanx for the info Wayne, much appreciated. I understand exactly now.

A 7 unit baseball game is worth almost as much as a 6 unit football game which is what I assumed but I wanted to make sure by asking you.

I didnt understand why you were betting so much on preseason and thats why i asked, not to be nosy and you cleared it up for me.

For the most part it looks like you use a $25 unit scale, for the most part.
