Ryan Newman and Ron Fellows were originally penalized 30 seconds each for avoiding the inner loop as cars piled up on the final lap. Instead of top 10s, that put them back to 31st and 32nd, respectively.
Later, NASCAR rescinded the penalty against Newman and reinstated him to an eighth-place finish. But NASCAR also added a penalty for Boris Said, knocking him from what was originally scored as a sixth-place finish to 31st. :angryfire
I want to see the Video evidence ... the TRACK WAS TOTALLY BLOCKED ..... I'm sure
