I was watching on CNN it said they closed there U.S. business! Thats all it said

has a detailed article on it as does CBS news on their web sites. They did in fact knuckle under to the U.S. demands of fraud and money laundering and pulled all thier U.S. betting off.

In a nutshell they said they will refund US players accounts IF THEIR LENDERS honor their requests to pull the cash together. They also mentioned they will try and make up the difference with their Asian market and other countries betting but their Asian market was only 5% of thier income.

US Bets composed anywhere in time from 70% to 90% of their action.

Anyone with money in them will be very lucky indeed to see a dollar from them as they will be going under without a doubt.

Big win for the freak senator (R) from Iowa and the rest of his cronies on board with the Wire Act reform.

Looks like the beginning of the end for most if not all of the Off Shore books. Costa Rica honors none of the US statutes and yet this was rammed through with relative ease by the Feds.

I have closed all my accounts except for one and will only play with minimal amounts for a balance until the facts are made very clear on how overseas books will be closed or how they can circumvent the new efforts of the holy rollers. Note that no other sites have been mentioned except for BoDog who will no doubt be next as old Clyde is doing an "in your face" approach to the feds.

This will just EXPLODE the local books markets like it was back before the Internet with MASSIVE amounts of cash going underground again. A whole new (old) problem for the government to deal with. STUPID!!!

Off shore

I have never been a big fan of dealing off shore.Giving them $$ and getting your $ is a pain in the ass. My guy uses an off shore to take all the bets but I deal with him and he gives me the credit.So there is no paper trail.
