I'm honestly a bit surprised at the amount of respect that Clemson is getting right now by the forum. The 2nd and 3rd week can ruin their season just as quickly as make it. They could lose 4 games real easy to me....but then again, they could surprise me. I guess I'm used to being disappointed regarding them.

No, you're right, their schedule is murder. I think their record won't be indicative of how good they actually are. I will be playing them pretty much whenever they are catching points. A veteran team with a very good defense is the perfect road dog, and they should find themselves in that situation a couple times.

I think a big advantage has to be given to teams with weak schedules (especially non-conf games) and from weak conferences.

Examples:
Big 12 North
SEC West
Big East
Pac 10

Arkansas will win a lot more than people think. Louisville is a threat to run the table. Look out for Nebraska. Cal might lose only one game.


On the other hand, superior teams like Notre Dame, Ohio State, Florida State and others will suffer by playing too many brutal games

I think Miami has too much talent for Lousville and if they beat Florida State they are going to know how close they are to the National Championship and that Louisville is the only thing standing in their way. I am not sold on Louisville, mostly because I am not sold on Brohm. Not a big fan of Kyle Wright either. I think Micheal Bush is the real deal and he could be enough to beat Miami he could be enough to go the Ship' and win the heisman.

Mostly I dont think Louisville has the talent to match up with Miami to answer your how question?
