One game does not a season make...he was shit the first six weeks, he has been one of baseballs best for the last 10 weeks, and he lost a game yesterday. Shit happens. When you have 14 game leads, you can afford a game like yesterday. I will be more concerned if this happens on October 10.

I still stand by him being a better reliever than Doug Jones, it is one man's opinion...I'll just wait until the end of the season to see the stats. I don't post threads after every save and I won't post threads after each one Jones blows. I will wait to the end of the season and see how the year plays out. If Jones' has a better year, good for him. But as a GM of a team, I would rather have Billy Wagner for the long haul than Doug Jones. Some blow hard/bandwagoner who keeps using one game here and there out of 162 to prove points, refused to bet me, as he always does, when the Jones/Wagner comparison came up. I'll just let him talk his shit, as he always does and never backs it up, and let the stats speak for themselves come October.
