Good day yesterday going 2-0-1 on posted plays. Here are my bets for tonight:
Arizona (-125) - D-Backs have won 5 straight and are 8-1 last 9 vs the Cubs. fich Hill is 0-4 with a 9.53 era this year. D-Backs are 12-3 last 15 night games. Cubs are 1-7 in Hill's last 8 starts. D-Backs are 17-11 vs LHP this year.
Washington (+143) - This is the same pitching matchup as last Thursday when Washington beat the Giants 6-5. Livan Hernandez went 7 innings gave up 3 runs, no walks and struck out 5. Matt Cain went 6.2 innings gave up 6 runs, 5 walks and struck out 7. Giants have now lost 8 in a row and Nationals has won last 5 vs the Giants.
Over 10 (-110) Rangers/Twins - Twins got their 5th starter going tonight in Baker who is 1-2 with a 8.44 era last 3 starts. Baker has allowed at least 4 runs in 6 of last 7 starts. Rangers have Eaton going tonight making his 2nd start of the year. Rangers bullpin had to pitch 6.1 innings yesterday and Eaton only lasted 3.2 innings last start giving up 3 earned runs and walked 4. Twins have Torii Hunter back and his 1st game back went 3 for 5 with 4 rbi.
