If he was a free agent, you are right. But I don't see how they have the 'chips' to get him. I think Cashman needs to get some bullpen help because I am not sure he can get legit starters as he doesn't want to part with any of his top line youngsters. In a NY paper this week, they mentioend how he was talking to the Phillies about Lieber and Abreu but was not going to give up Philip Hughes or Proctor, calling them untouchable...ok, Brian...do you think you can get them for Melky Cabrera and a bag of balls?
