  • R.I.P. 2006 San Francisco Giants

A day after finishing an embarassing 3 game sweep at the hands of the last place Washington Nationals, the Giants are putting up arguably the most pathetic offensive performance of the 2006 MLB season, being shut out by the laughably bad Kip Wells.

    There's always next year....

Just when I thought the Giants had hit rock bottom....

They get guys on 2nd and 3rd with no outs in the top of the 9th and 3 straight guys strike out. Pathetic.

        Pirates win 3-0.

Too Bad Barry Bonds had nothing to do with the 9th inning collapse so that was just a unnecessary stab at a former great. Ease up off that shit.

HE CREATED THIS MESS NOW HE HAS TO LIVE WITH IT. HE MAY NOT HAVE COST HIS TEAM THE WIN YESTERDAY BECAUSE IT WAS THE 9TH INNING AND HE WAS ALREADY 1/2 WAY HOME BUT HE COST THEM PLENTY. AND AS FAR AS BEING GREAT YEA HE WAS WHEN HE WAS ON THE JUICE BUT WHAT ABOUT WHEN HE WAS OFF OF IT HE SUCKED WHEN HE WAS IN THE PLAYOFFS WITH PITTSBURGH

A day after losing to the great Tim Gorzelanny, the Giants are being shut out thru 6 innings by the immortal Zach Duke.

This could be the most pathetic stretch by a contending team in MLB history.

Bonds is the best baseball player of our generation (or at least mine) and I am glad to see another person talking him up.
