NO! Newman was fighting to stay on the lead lap. You have to race hard if you're in that position. Stewart preaches patience, but he didn't practice it with Newman. There is no outcry because it was a wreck caused by 2 fierce competitors fighting for position on the track. It could have been avoidable if Stewart wouldn't have pressed the issue. Stewart intentionally veers left right into the side of Bowyer's car yesterday, not a racing deal just pure lunacy by the hothead driver of the 20 car.
