imo, I think the Buckeyes lost too much on "D" last year to compete for the championship. Dang good squad, but don't know about a championship team. Thats why they play the games though

Sorry, wasn't being a wiseass...Just never heard him called that.....It seems like he has been playing college football for about 10 years....I would say he has to be a frontrunner wiht quinn!!

But wasnt that the year that the bamas had soild ass O-line? Thats when they played USC for the bowl - AD was amazing. However, I watched him play last yr and he didnt look the same. Maybe it was due to injuries or what not but he didnt have the same type of umph that he had when he was a freshman.

The only guy not on this list that I give a good chance is Drew Stanton from Michigan St. He's going to be in a similar position to Quinn - he'll have to lead his team to a lot of points to win them games, but if he does, then he should be in the race.
