Richie: [after Gus hits a homerun] Wow and he did it without steroids.
    Clark: What's steroids?
Richie: Something that makes your pee-pee smaller.
Clark: There must be steroids in macaroni!

It must have been for the money because anyone in his right mind would have chosen any other team but Houston, which has no virtually chance to even make it to WS.

If it was for the money he would have gone elsewhere. You don't think he could have gotten ALOT more $$$ from Texas or NY?????

houston has the same exact record through 90 games as last year, and the NL is even weaker. they do look like shit right now.

That is the only reason they are even breathing. I personally don't think history will repeat itself, but who knows?

In all honesty, he never was THAT great.
The 1927 Yankees weren't the best team ever. What everyone fails to realize is that the year before, with the exact same team, they lost to the Cardinals in the World Series.

I'm no Clemens fan, but this is statement is crazy!!!! If HOuston would drop way out maybe they would traded him to the Rangers..

Ny isn't close to home. he has a sweet deal in HOU, he doesn't have to travel with the team if he's not scheduled to pitch a series. Yanks were not gonna give him any more money. And he probably really doesn't want to pitch the post season or he would have gone someplace eles.
