                Having been an American league for many years and knowing Baltimore played in a number of World Series which were spread out over a number of years, I am going to say that Hall of Famer Jim Palmer is the pitcher who won a WS game in the 60's, 70's and
                80's.
                ps Actually, I tried to think of someone on Yankees first, but couldn't think of any one.
