    Hey Knock!

Nice to see we only differ on one game (seatt/oak) and I even took the over in the Cleve game although not a post.

The St. Louis play should be real solid as it it missed the "System Play Cruisin Criteria" by only a meager -.06 at -124!!

    BEST OF LUCK TONIGHT!! GOLDV

GoldVike, best of luck on your St. Louis play, but since they play tomorrow, only the Cards lost 2nite would they be in that circumstance Thursday. Always like the Cards at home, but this Wiliams kid can really pitch. Will be rootin' the Cards to come in for ya!
        Good luck!

HOPE YOU DIDN'T PLAY EM YESTERDAY!

I really like the Brewers a lot tonight as a huge dog. The big Brewer bats can light this guy up on an average night. Franklin also has a spell cast over Houston! I am even double unit playing it. I know its an early fade masters delight but check it out:

Here's some of the reasons I really like this play:

Tim Redding hasn't pitched particularly well in his last few outings, losing four straight.

He has given up 12 earned runs over his last 17 2-3 innings for a 6.11 ERA.

Since winning three straight starts from April 22 to May 3, the right-hander is 1-6 with a 4.34 ERA in 10 starts and one relief appearance.

Redding hasn't fared too well in limited appearances against the Brewers in his career, going 1-2 with a 4.50 ERA in five games, including three starts. He has given up 10 runs and 22 hits, including seven homers, in 20 innings against them.

The Brewers will turn to Wayne Franklin, who was acquired from the Astros in a trade last season. Franklin beat his former teams in both starts against them last year, giving up just two earned runs in 12 innings.

BREWERS PROBABLE STARTER: Franklin (4-5, 5.02 ERA). The left-hander is 1-1 with a 4.17 ERA in seven starts since winning consecutive outings May 16 and 21.

ASTROS PROBABLE STARTER: Redding (4-8, 3.99 ERA). Redding went 1-4 with a 5.34 ERA in five starts and one relief appearance in June. Opponents hit .297 against him during that span.

Brewers - CF Podsednik leads NL rookies in numerous categories, including batting average (.329). ... 1B Sexson is 4-for-9 with three solo homers against RHP Redding. ... OF Jenkins is 2-for-3 with a double, homer against Redding.

            cruisin

Yep and thanks for the correction!! I had looked it up and had it written down as such because I played the Cards last night because of THEIR Williams record at home....then they lost which made their NL offense look even more appealing tonight figuring even with their kid pitching well they would get their third crack at the remaining pen boys. But a loss tonight going into a 4 game for the sweep would be doubtful they would be a large enough favorite with the pitching matchup probably going to be Rueter. That's why I was alluding to the "C.C.S.P." being close tonight but should have added it missed by the one game at .04 and not meeting it! Hope we don't need it tomorrow! BEST OF LUCK ON ANY PICKS YOU HAVE GOING TONIGHT!! GoldV
