I've heard the Brunell is too old and Gibbs is too old arguments many, many times.

The fact is that Brunell is 17 months older than Bledsoe and Gibbs is 9 months older than Parcells.

And yet everyone is all over the Cowboys nuts.

Oh, and Brunell and Gibbs are coming off a 10-6 playoff season.

Your argument works for me (almost). I don't think Dallas will win anything because of Bledsoe. I watched him up close and personal and he just doesn't have anything but Happy Feet.

The part i disagree on is coach. I never said anything about the coach. Gibbs is a genius. That's the biggest thing they got going for them. Hell, a shitload of the best coach's are ancient. Leyland, Levy, Gibbs, and Parcells to name a few. I forget the name of the Marlins Manager for the 2nd Title but he was as old as Spark too! Was is Jack Mc ... something!

The G-Men do look nice Wayne. You won't hear me criticizing them. I loved their draft especially.

Brunell is old and he's not very good any more. I won't argue with that. But the Redskins won last season with a great defense, a solid running game, and great coaching. They added Al Saunders to the coaching staff and gave him a few extra WRs to play with. I don't see any reason to think Brunell will be signifigantly worse this year than he was last year when he was under center for a trip to the divisional playoffs. The Redskins will be there in January.

But I am still picking Panthers over Patriots in the Super Bowl.

Under pressure Bledsoe is a problem. Some of the times he's like a deer in headlights.

The question is when is the right time to start jason campbell? We moved up via trade to pick him up and I dont think Gibbs will start campbell this year or maybe next. I think Gibbs will put in two more yrs at most and Campbell MIGHT start next year. Thats mean Campbell will have 2 yrs at most with Gibbs. In comes new coach, out goes campbell? I would like to see what he can do.
