I went 1-1 on Friday, losing some vig. I seem to have underestimated the Italians. They will give Germany a helluva match on Tuesday.

Game 59: Portugal TO ADVANCE (+166) vs. England 2**
I realize that England is very good and that Portugal will be shorthanded with Deco and Costinho missing this match due to red cards. However, I see the +166 value here as too much to pass up. Portugal has certainly looked better than England so far in the World Cup and they will throw everything at them in this one. I think we'll see the lone uspet of the quarters here.
Game 60: Brazil -0.5 (-125) vs. France 3***
This bet is for REGULATION TIME ONLY. If this game goes to overtime, I lose. This pick needs no explanation. I picked Brazil to win this tournament and I still expect them to. They are better than France and I don't see them needing overtime or penalty kicks to dispose of them.
