My only rated play (Orioles) was rained out last night, but the three opinions I posted all won and two were monster dogs (Brewers +170 and Royals +180).
I have one afternoon play and may add a night play later.
1* Orioles -115 (GAME ONE)
The AL went 8-5 last night bringing its interleague record to an off-the-charts 117-70, a 47-game spread. Keep leaning to AL teams as this isn't a short term trend but a solid indication of the vast superirity of the American League this year. I'm coming back this afternoon with my play on the Orioles that was rained out last night as both starting pitchers are the same. The Phillies have lost 13 of 15 and five in a row and starter Hamels has a poor 5.29 ERA in his last five starts. Bedard is coming off an eight-inning shutout, the Orioles are at home, and they're in the AL. NOTE: This is the afternoon game of a day-night doubleheader.
