I've now hit ten of my last twelve plays here, winning with the Dodgers Saturday night. Eight of those plays were dogs, two were small favorites. In addition, I've won with ten of the last twelve dogs I've posted here.
I love June!
One play today and three unrated opinions.
1* Orioles -115
The interleague stats are shockingly lopsided. The National League is being humiliated. The AL is an incredible 109-65, a 44-game advantage in interleague play so far. The NL would be better off substituting the Pacific Coast League at this point. So, you've got to favor American League teams in the remaining interleague games. My favorite tonight is the Orioles, laying a small number as a favorite, against an ice cold Phillies team. Philadelphia has lost five in a row and 11 of its last 13. Orioles' Bedard coming off an eight inning shutout and has three solid outings in a row. Phillies' Hamels has a lousy 5.29 ERA his last five games.
Opinions only:
Royals (they've won six of seven and are a huge dog against an NL team)
Brewers (how can a team as rotten as the Cubs be a -200 fave ever?)
Tigers (hot AL team vs a cold NL team)
