And LSU can chime in on the subject if he feels he has something to add to this major issue!!!!:christmas
I would like to add to this subject ...
I agree with CapperJohn here. Yes, this is an open forum, and members can type whatever they want, but members must follow the rules of the forum.
Members who post a GOY, or for that matter any thread, should not "be prepared to get buried" on their plays or topic of interest. They should be prepared to accept constructive criticism. Being buried or bashed is not accepted by the rules of the forum, so no member should be prepared for that.
"Calling an illegal alien an 'undocumented immigrant'
is like calling a drug dealer an 'unlicensed pharmacist'"
I find this statement offensive. I havent come across this way what so ever. You ask a question I and simply responded. I harbor no ill feelings toward you or anyone else on this forum
I apologize if you were offended by my use of the word defensive. I used it after reading:
"I do find it odd though that you dont pose any questions or havent taken LSU up on any of his statements. But thats fine by me."
That had sounded like you were feeling attacked and were going on the defensive questioning my lack of "taking LSU up on his comments." Again, sorry if you were offended. All's fair in politics!!!!:christmas

I can/will respond to LSU's questions no problem, but right now i'm answering your questions. Thank you for asking questions I welcome a good discussion anytime.

I'm not endorsing bashing of anyone. What I am saying is be prepared for it. People react differently. Thats what makes us great and unique. Its not your job or my job to determine what bashing someone is. That is a MOD's job. Again in a perfect world constructive criticism would be the perfect response by any member. The fact is we dont live in a perfect world.

I didn't say anything about you answering LSU's questions. You were asking me why I hadn't questioned LSU correct?

It's his decision to do whatever he wants to here in answering questions.....John, please quit being persistent all the time.....Bryan answered the questions and then elaborated on it.....I feel he did a reasonable job in explaining his answers...
So let it be and let's get onto the next question......

prepare=To make ready beforehand for a specific purpose, as for an event or occasion.
So you are saying that a poster should be "ready" for bashing, even though it's illegal via forum rules, b/c he posts/loses a GOY? People react differently, but that doesn't allow them to bash b/c of their reaction. Are you in favor of a clearer definition of the word "bash" in relation to forum rules so there could be limited to misunderstanding of posts? Are you in favor of stricter enforcement of these rules, even for vets?
The reason I am asking the probing questions is in my (worthless) opinion, I find this to be the single-biggest issue of the election. Others can think differently, just my humble opinion!!!:christmas

I am a tax-paying forum member and am entitled to ask questions. You are the debate moderator. Of course it's his decision to answer questions, but you have to be neutral. You are stomping on my right to post that BOTH candidates have gone on record to support!!!!!

John, I think he answered your question....
He said that he wants to leave it up to the Mods to ban someone for bashing.....And he can feel that way if he wants to.......It's not up to him anyway to tell someone to quit bashing.....He can't Ban that person, but can refer that person to the Mods, that's all......Critisim is an opinion, and something that your doing right now....
Let's move onto question # 3 for 10Dime...

LMAO that you got out the dictionary for the def. too much man. What i'm saying is that you,me or anyone else doesnt decide what is "bashing". That is the MOD's job. People on this forum should be ready for anything. I dont want the rules to be more defined. The Mods do a great job keeping this forum in check. No need for that.

I am not throwing "critisim" his way. And I don't appreciate you telling me what I am doing right now. I am asking for both candidates views on the subject b/c as I stated before, to me it's the biggest issue of the campaign. And if you reread your 4 questions, the common thread is board speech. Are you now running his campaign???:christmas

Bryan, you said your part, so let's move on......
If John wants more, than I suggest he gets your phone # after the debate and continue your conversation over the phone.....Because as we all know, he likes to go on and on....
And you don't need to feel defensive or get into an argument over your answers......Just answer them and move on......
And John, I will give and open disscussion to questions that any where will have after this Debate....
