I like Oklahoma a lot, but not for the reason that many do - that Oregon will be in position for a letdown after falling short of the BCS. I feel that Oklahoma is the superior team, and will be ready to prove as such. If these teams had met in the opening week, Oklahoma would have been a 17-point favorite, and the only thing that has changed from a personnel standpoint is Oregon's starting QB is out. I feel that Oregon has benefitted from playing very weak opposition, and their defense has struggled against any good offense they have played. Oklahoma has been playing extremely well offensively since Peterson has returned to full health, and Bomar has been improving consistently. The Sooners possess the defense to at least slow down Oregon, as their stellar performance against Texas Tech showed.

      NCAA Hoops (38-34-2, +4.59*)
      NFL Sides (34-25, +12.15*)
      NFL Totals (18-14-1, +8.23*)
      NCAA Foots Plays (65-48-4, +21.47*)
      NBA Plays (4-1-0, +5.92*)

Who has Oklahoma beaten? They struggled with Tulsa, got beat at home by TCU who is a lot like Oregon by the way...When it all boils down I would much rather make Bomar beat me than Oregons potent offense. If I am not mistaken the one Pac-10 team Oklahoma played this year was UCLA and they had their way with them at a tune of 41-24. Oregon's lone loss came against USC and thats not all that bad!!
