I am not ignorant enough to say that Barry Bonds hasnt done steroids. But he has been so dominant as a player. He was at one time a gold glove outfielder stealing 30 bases a year and then became a type of hitter that I have never seen before. To hit the HR he does with such plate discipline is truly amazing to me. He rarely swings at a pitch out of the strike zone. To get unintentionally walked time after time has to wear on you...
And I am sure the steroids made him stronger, increases his confidence, hell maybe even made his eye sight better, I SURE AS HELL DONT KNOW, but his greatness is so overwhelming I cant help but appreciate him as a player.
