I think they layed the line at 2 1/2 to allow for it to go down...Public loves favorites, but the public will love NC + 2 1/2...These oddsmakers have it down pat to allow for movement, thus equalizing their wagers, and get fat off the Juice....I like Illinois, in one hell of a ball game...
