San Francisco's big men become the difference-makers.

The Bearcats have plenty to take from their opening loss. They would want to leave behind their shooting form on that court itself. They will know where they need to improve, which aspects of their offense needs help and their coaching set-up will help address those mistakes. Personnel and skill wise, the Bearcats are in a much better position than Drake. Always back the more skilled team when form forces a lower handicap.

There is no way of knowing how each of the offenses will fare as I have not gained a full assessment of them playing against reputable talent. This matchup should provide a bit of illumination, as pointed out. the two squads that have had it much too easy on the offensive end thus far. Each will find that finding scoring opportunities will not be as easy in this matchup.

Expect the Bulldogs to dominate The Citadel on their way to their second win on the season.

The Musketeers are coming in shooting a little bit better, but also scoring a little bit more on the year. The downside for the Muskies is the Tigers have a better defense on the year. Look for the Musketeers to take advantage of the home court advantage that the Cintas Center gives to the Muskies as the Xavier team is able to bring home a win in the game, but it is a little bit of a battle.
