1 guy battling for the triple crown.

1 guy didn't even play the first month of the season.

    Any questions...

Miggy, but Trout is going to be better than Joltin Joe D, Shoeless Joe J and even Joe Flacco.

You have got to go with cabrera.no way that a guy wins the triple crown and does not win mvp.

A no brainer as you have to vote for Cabrera- when was the last time a player won the triple crown?? Congrats on an amazing season.

I dont care who wins the MVP but because Cabrera won triple crown he will win but they need to come out with an award for best overall player call it the BOP award.

My problem with Cabrera winning the award is he has last years MVP on his team and he won 17 games this year which isnt to bad and they signed Fielder who hit 313 30HR and 108 RBI. And they had the worst record to get into the playoffs.

The reason for Trout is because of his defense and the Angels record 83-59 with him since he came up.He scores from first on every double and sometimes on singles. The problem is they didnt make the playoffs.

So MVP Cabrera best overall player Trout.

Cabrera. It's a federal law. if you win the Triple Crown, you win the MVP.

At least it ought to be a law.

Only ten players in history have done it.

Willie Mays and Henry Aaron couldn't do it. diMaggio couldn't do it. Even juiced-up Bonds couldn't/

It;s a real accomplishment. there just aren't many guys with power who hit for ultra-high average/

Trout is a great player don't get me wrong. But How could u give Best Overall Player to a guy when the other guy did something no one has done in 45 years.I do see Trout as a great player but guys that play his style of baseball usually are way up or way down.

See Juan Pierre, Dee Gordon ,and many others who are studs as a rookie then fade into mediocrity after a couple years.
