9ers defense is real tough against the run, which means Big Ben is going to have to come up big. What makes BB so good is his ability to move around the pocket, buying time until a receiver gets open. With his sprained ankle his mobility is going to be very limited. 9ers need this game as much if not more than Pitt. If BB was healthy there is no question I would go with the Steelers but in this instance I think 9ers win and cover.
