If the Colt o-line gives Manning time to throw, I think he can pick them apart.

correct! i don't see this turning out any different than the raven game. balt and the jets D is very similar (you don't stop manning by blitzing!), both have to run the ball, and the ravens have a qb with experience. the jets TD's in week 16 came on a kick return and fumble return against the backup QB, until the colts put the 2nd and 3rd team in the game. here is a list of colt that didn't play at all in week 16.
Melvin Bullitt - Starting Strong Safety - Did Not Play
Jerraud Powers - Starting Cornerback - Did Not Play
Clint Session - Starting Linebacker - Did Not Play
Robert Mathis - Starting Defensive End - Did Not Play
Keyunta Dawson - Backup Defensive End - Did Not Play
Charlie Johnson - Starting Left Tackle - Did Not Play
Pierre Garcon - Starting Wide Receiver - Did Not Play
Matt Stover - Kicker - Did Not Play
turnovers and special teams are the only way the jets keep this close. i don't see them getting more than 10 points on offense. if the colts get up 2 td's, and the jets have to start throwing with a rookie qb, it might get real ugly.Last edited by husker; 01-18-2010, 09:07 PM.“A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have."
