I need multiple voting options. Cleveland, Oakland, and Washington.

Oakland gets my top vote though. I think coaching changes in Washington and Cleveland will go a long way.

As long as Darth Vader, errr Al Davis owns the Raiders, they will ALWAYS be a trainwreck!

Please ... EASILY the Browns. They are paying Savage through 2012, they are still paying Romeo Crennel through 2011 and Mangini just signed a 4 year deal worth 12 million that you know they regret. They are stuck with that too. That can't hire another coach and pay 3 coaches for the next 3 years can they? They owe Quinn and Anderson a ton of money from 2 fresh contracts and they both suck too. The whole team is a mess and financially they are fucked when it comes to fixing it.

Oakland has talent on defense and besides Russell, they do have a couple of weapons in a WR, RB and TE on offense too. I think they are closer than most if they could just find a QB.

                  KB,

Actually, coaching is not as much the problem as Vinny Cerrato and Dan Snyder GM and owner.

They have hung out to dry the coach when for years this team trades away draft picks for washed up expensive players.

The reason I say this team is in dissarray is the owner (see Raiders). I actually think Cleveland is more likely to turn it around than Washington because of the owners in Wash/LA.

That's a tough one. Until Al Davis and Snyder hire a competent GM and give him total control, which I don't see either one doing, neither team is going to win. However on face value Cleveland seems to be the farthest away from being a contender. They need a GM, coach, QB, running back, receivers and some defensive help. Washington has a decent defense and some receivers as does Oakland who also have decent RBs. Both primarily need a GM, coach and QB to contend.

The only thing keeping the Redskins from being at the bottom is the owner spends like crazy.

Players come to DC to get paid and play average football. That will never get it done.

Couldn't have said this any better...

If Mangina is fired at the end of the year the Brownies will be hiring their 5th Head Coach since returning in 99

Lerner brought in Bernie Kosar as a consultant a few weeks back...this is the Bernie Kosar who recently filed bankruptcy and couldn't mangage the millions he made from the Browns as a player. Yeah he is the answer.

I voted Oakland. They've been very bad for too many years. Redskins are 2nd.

They were in the SB this decade. When have the Browns gone there?
