I thought Peter King brought up a good point the other day when he said he thought Vick should get 4 games for lying to Goodell and Arthur Blank about everything. I tend to agree. He let down the league that marketed him as well as the guy who signed his ridiculous paychecks. While he did his time for the heinous crimes, he still owes a lot to Blank and Goodell for how he handled things with them.

They should do absolutely nothing else to the guy. This is one of the rare cases where Vick beings a prominent sports figure/celebrity worked against him. Vick has damn near lost all his money, all his fame (in a positive manner), his endorsements, damn near everything he had. Since when did this country get so gung ho against 2nd chances??? He knows what he did was wrong and he did the time, way too much time imo. He's lost out on 2 years of football already and deserves a 2nd chance to earn a living. Am I saying to roll out the red carpet and give him star treatment, no I'm not. At least let the guy get back out there and give him the chance to earn a job.

(This coming from a guy who has always talked shit on Vick as a pro QB btw.)

all year long. the league has yet to punish him. and i have no problem with him playing again at all. I just think he should sit out another year and work for $10 an hour.2013 NCAA POD Record

I agree. I don't think a whole year is necessary, but you're right the NFL has yet to punish him. And they should, with how much he did to hurt not only the Falcons but the entire NFL. Plus, I'd like to see if he's sincere about working for $10 an hour, and helping the community.Originally posted by 10DimeBry View Postall year long. the league has yet to punish him. and i have no problem with him playing again at all. I think the Falcons did OK with out him, they wouldn't have done any better with him.

He should be allowed to come back. He didn't do anything on the field to get suspended.

Allthough, I would hate to be the center for the team he plays for. What if Vick gets under center and forgets he's not in prison anymore.Good Luck to everyone

 Clark: What's steroids?
Richie: Something that makes your pee-pee smaller.
Clark: There must be steroids in macaroni!

you didn't have any more than 16 weeks so i voted for that one but he shoud never be allowed to play again. It's time to take a stand with these overpaid Prima donna's. It is probably wrong to think so but you have to draw the line. Take their priveledge of playing in the N.F.L. away and the other ungrateful players won't do these type of things anymore. Right now the 1st, 2nd and 3rd offense doesn't bother them. When they realize that it's a serious business and they coud lose their livelihood they'll quit thinking they are bulletproof..... man, I went off!!!

Anyone who did and admitted to doing to animals what he did has some deep sociological problems ... hanging ... electrocuting ... slamming their heads against the ground .. this is what he admitted doing ... Now, let's all pay money to see him play ... he gave up the privilege to play in the NFL ... it is a load of BS that now he has a soft heart .. It is all about making money ...

as far as him being a spokesman for the Human Society .. i think they can pick a lot better person .. this is just a scam through his attorney ..
