things looking up a little for 'Zona.

Anquan Boldin (hamstring) appeared in pads for the start of Cardinals practice Wednesday.

It looks like he's going to try to practice, which would be very encouraging for his chances of facing Philadelphia. We'll update Q's status later today

Brian Westbrook revealed that he re-injured his knee in the Eagles' Divisional Round win over the Giants. Westbrook did not practice Wednesday.

However, he met with the media and is still expected to start the NFC title game at Arizona. Westbrook doesn't figure to practice much, if any this week.

Another update on Q from 4:00 today

Anquan Boldin (hamstring) returned to practice Wednesday and says he will play in Sunday's NFC Championship game against Philadelphia.

Boldin's practice participation will likely be called limited, but team website writer Darren Urban says Q did "quite a bit" during the opening portion of practice. Boldin had his strained left hammy worked on by a specialist in Dallas earlier in the week and says the visit "greatly improved" his health.
