I don't see it Wayne. T.B. didn't strike me as a time on the rise last year. New Orleans is here to stay. Carolina is slipping.

a QB can change EVERYTHING and i think Garcia is a perfect fit. I like the young RB and the WR's. Assuming they don't make the defense play 75% of the game like last year, they should be alot better. I don't think i've ever seen worse QB play by one team like i did last year with T.B. Their schedule sets up nicely too.

I can see them improving this year, but not beating the Saints, the Saints have convidence and weapons.
