Its easy to take the top teams and diss the others. But hey I will do the same!

NCAA's tourney is a different animal than away status (as one mentioned) being a determinant. It has beenFlorida's (and North Carolina's) late season achilles heel, - their away games but they they won more than they loss on them.

I believe the Gators had to get back their moxie this past weekend- get Noah back pumping- get the 3's raining again after a tough road schedule. Every team is up for the game against these Gators. What team leads the nation in FG effectiveness- Florida.
What has also kept them from winning- defense ( they looked dis-conjointed in their losses). Will they be able to make a solid run at it again this year- you would be crazy to leave em out! As last year after the 3 losses - 11 straight wins!
Can Noah pump up the team and ride the wave in- I believe so!

So many times we look at the unique year end streak of teams (Southern Illinois till Crighton pummeled them) and that is not how it works. What is solid is turn-around games that propels teams on a win streak.
That case was made with a very stubborn Tubby led Kentucky A game against Florida this past weekend.

My next selection is between Georgetown, Ohio State and North Carolina.

The nod goes to Ohio State. Another championship game between these teams and now that would be something!Generally a higher seed to get the axe early and then a team such as Ohio State comes on like a train. Note the Gators won by 26 at home if it had been at Ohio State - maybe a different outcome in favor of the Buckeyes- who knows!
