I would have considered WVU at less than -7, but I think this line has gotten out of hand. With the defense Rutgers plays, a possibly banged-up Pat White, the fact that WVU has very little to play for, and the rumors surrounding Rich Rodriguez, I could only play Rutgers at +10 or 10.5.
