It's still hard to believe MLB is only going to be 60 games with no all star game.

I'm very curious how guys are going to respond. Is MLB allowing guys who aren't comfortable with coming back to sit out? I know NBA is doing that and that's really gonna effect some teams. Did you see that we get Cole vs. Scherzer on opening day?

I have no idea if they are going to let certain players sit out or not. I didn't know about Cole vs. Scherzer either. Who do you think wins that game?

Well, right now I have to think Cole and the Yankees have a slightly better shot at it because of the way championship teams always seem to struggle the next year. It's really hard to say when we have no idea who will be sitting out and who won't.

That's the reason I took Houston +10 when we were looking at the NFL week 1 odds. They're up against the defending champs who will probably show signs of struggle right out of the gate. If anyone can reverse that trend, though, it's Andy Reid.

Yeah I'm leaning towards the Yankees as well. A lot of factors have to be put in place though.

Another reason I kinda like the Yanks is that bullpen. They're probably going to be the best pen in the league in the early going.

Early going? What am I thinking? The whole season is going to be the early going!
