Thanks Dave as this month I win one day then lose the 2nd day which isn't good. I got something up my sleeve though that I need to look into, but requires more time handicapping.

Yeah, I saw that and the amount of time rent's those houses is great! Not only that, but they are paying for the house quicker. Your friend is very smart man by getting into the real estate business. I've wanted to get into it clear back in 2004, but my health prevented me from doing so. Of course I mean buying a house then having it fixed up then flipping it. I love picking out everything in the house and the outside. The only thing that I don't like doing is picking out the paint. I have to do paint swab's of 4 different colors all around the house to get the right one.
