Rockies roll over with odds stacked against them

The Colorado Rockies are push-overs when they are big underdogs, going a crazy 5-48 in their last 53 games listed as an underdogs between +151 and +200.

That is exactly the position the Rockies will be in Monday night when they visit the Oakland Athletics.

The Rockies and starter David Hale (2-2, 5.86 ERA) are currently +151 going up against the A's Kendall Graveman (4-4, 3.86 ERA).

Dbacks struggling to string wins together

The Arizona Diamondbacks have not had success coming off a win, losing their last five games following a victory heading into Monday's game.

The last time they were able to win back-to-back games came during a four-game winning streak from June 12 - 15.

The Snakes are coming off a 6-4 win at San Diego Sunday and get right back at it at home against the Los Angeles Dodgers Monday evening.

Allen Webster is scheduled to get the ball for the Dbacks (+141) while Michael Bolsinger is expected to start for the visitors (-153).

Yes, Vince Kehres is now head coach. Larry Kehres is now retired--with the all-time winning record in college football. Lance Leipold is a protege of his, and I think you're going to hear a lot more from him as he climbs the ladder.
