The Boston Red Sox have not been the same team over the last couple of years. They dumped a lot of salary, and decided to buy a new look, but Sandoval, Porcello, Ramirez, Miley, Kelly, along with a declining David Ortiz, and the Sox have not looked good on the mound, or at the plate. Boston started their road trip by getting swept in Minnesota. Texas has been playing very good baseball and come home just one game shy of the .500 mark, off a 7-2 road trip. The Rangers have lost a lot of player games due to injury, especially in their rotation, but Nick Martinez has been an ace at 4-0 and a 1.96 ERA on the season. Boston has dropped five straight vs. a right-hander, and Texas now 8-1 in Martinez's last nine starts. Play on Texas.
