What a great series !!! For those purist who love the game of baseball for what it is suppose to be, and played the way it is suppose to be played, you had to love this series !!!
It wasn't high $$$ guys whining and bitching - just a bunch of guys who love playing the game of baseball. Yeah, I know those players still make good money, but these guys are the guys who are the ones you would see playing stick ball because it is a baseball game.
I just loved watching this series with the intensity and desire that both teams displayed.
Curt Schilling said it last night - both teams went out and played the game like they were kids again - for the love of the game.
Kansas City had a great year but hats off to the Giants !!!
And MAdison, you are a beast !!
