Hey Moonie, I think both teams are so identical its scary. They both have no quit in them. I know many people think that having "no quit" in them is overrated, that the "studs" will win out. I have been involved in baseball for over 30 years now and I truly believe that having that mental toughness to not quit is big time important when you get to this stage.
Some "superstars" are superstars when it is the regular season but when the big lights go on in the playoffs, they get shit in their pants. These 2 teams seem to not have that. They are not loaded with superstars but they are loaded with guys who love the game and don't shit in their pants when the pressure is on. I LOVE seeing teams like this play it out.
I think if KC wins one of the next two, which they can, they will win the series. Baumgarner will go in Game 5 and he is just a beast. I am happy for Hudson to finally get to a World Series and I hope he can win tomorrow. I really like Vargas against Vogelsong in Game 4. I think that is KC's best shot to win one of the next 3 games. Then I think they win it all.
I love this type of baseball !!!
