i dont quite get the 2nd bet only because im new at this, was able to place the first wager but the exacta 2nd thing u have posted is making me confused. help me out

Basically its an exacta where the 2,4,9 has to come in first and 2,4,9,12 has to come in second. Hopefully that helps
