Advice to Derby betters

If you plan to play Exotics (exacta, trifecta Superfecta) DON'T Play them at offshore accounts. You'll get cheated out of money.

All off shore books are not part of the paramutual pools so they set limits on the amounts you can win usually 200-1 max.

Even if Brother Derek wins at 3-1 the payouts will be over that 200-1 even the exacta might.

When Smarty Jopes won the Derby at 7-2 the trifecta paid over $1,000 so if you bet onnline you will only get $200

Remember it's 200-1. If you do a 4 horse trifecta box (costs $24) and if hits you will only get $200-1 on the winning combo NOT the $24 you spent.

Bet Advice: Go to the Track, OTB, or open accounts at TVG.com or Xpressbet.com. (not trying to advertise just trying to help).

You had the Exacta? I should have. Everytime my GF likes a horse I ALWAYS play her horse keyed and all for exacta, but that was the 1st and last time I didn't do it.

Also. I believe Pinnacle is very good with payouts. Just make sure you read the Horse Betting rules befoe placing any bet.

I hit a Superfecta in 2004 Florida Derby with 15-1 friends Lake winning and I got $200 on a super that paid $5K on the dollar.

I think I just found that Pinnacle pays max 3000-1 on exotics.

Which You should have gotton $4,902.40 on the Exacta

I'm not advertising either but you can use Brisbet.com or Youbet.com and get lots of extras (like info) that maybe offshores don't offer...i use brisbet because it's....FREE!
