sorry to bug ya bill, but under the live tote, what do the up and down arrows mean under runner trend?

How they are being bet. Meaning arrow up that the horses odds are headed up, while down horses odds are heading down(more bets being placed). So a horse at 5/1 with a down arrow is receiving more betting interest/$ then other horses.
