2-6-7 with 2-5-6-7-8 with 1-2-5-6-7-8

means:
the 2, 6, or 7 must finish 1st and
the 2,5,6,7, or 8 must finish 2nd and
the 1,2,5,6,7, or 8 must finish 3rd to win
$48.00 means there are 48 possible combonations at $1 per combo.
