I checked out that race for you... My feeling is that 6 and 8 are the horses to beat in this race, your horse (the 4) I remember when he ran up at the Meadowlands and seems to need a slower pace that is likely here to run his best. Otherwise the 7 could be around late here as well, and the 2 could be around late on the bottom of a ticket.

I might consider an exacta like 6,8 - 4,6,8 or a trifecta like 6,8 - 6,8 - 2,4,7 (6 combinations) or 6,8 - 4,6,8- 2,4,6,7,8 (12 combinations)... and since you own it, I may back it all up with a 4-6,7,8 exacta (3 combinations) and a 4 - 6,8 - 2,6,7,8 trifecta (6 combinations)... but be sure to check the scratches and how they look in the post parade!

None of the horses in the race meet any of my key angles and I didn't have the time to run any of my figures on the race, so my confidence level here is not very high.
