I post 4 horses for many resasons and they are ranked for strength . Because of scratches now days (sometimes up to 9 horses) and all important odds , I give them as a gauge to wager by . Some box all 4 , some do a strict win bet , some do a WPS wager , some do a " 24/246/2346 " wager on the numbers in question here . By watching the tote board and knowing up to the second details of a race before its off , you get a much better feel for the race before laying your money down
