MMM, Help me please. I have been reading all of your posts and still don't know how to play the exotic bets, tri, supers, ex, qu. Can you pick one race and give me an example as to how you would bet it, besides the WPS. Thanks in advance.

Ok , you want to play so lets get you in position first .

Go to a freeware site and download to your desktop a EWC , meaning a Exotic Wage Calculator , this will help on the finance end and show you what your plays will cost you in advance , so you can then balance your wagers .

Read very carefully what my stickys have to offer at the top of this forum .

Surf the web , and look at the zilloins of sites out there and chart ones that merit attention , that way you yourself are able to trash the ones who arent worth it . It takes time but its well worth it !

Track Sites , have a lot to offer and you should have them all on your desktops favorites.

Pay attention to the industry and read all that pretains to it , and speaking of reading ...... there are some very good books on the subject of this endevor . If you would like I could supply a list of the best ones ( a little biased here .... I personally know a few of them )

After a while , you will find what you hold in high interest and I recommend you play that game first because your interest will keep you updated at a far faster rate then something you find boring .

5 Wins & a Show in 6 races yesterday shows promise , but theres always the let down factor also and please pay attetion cause I never go past a 5th race in my pup looks unless there has been some devilish reasons why my cards not hitting ( Example Gulf Greyhound Track = Sick Puppies )

I was on the alert for Prado at Belmount and I didn't see him on the programs. Later in the day I went to ESPN to get the latest updates on sports news and I see Prado racing to the finish for th 3rd straight time at Monmouth. I didn't know he raced at Monmouth as well. Realizing then his pay outs were huge it was a crushing blow.

Prado alert now elevated!

Little was I going to tell anyone , because as I have stated I will not lead them by the nose (it doesnt stick to your ribs if you dont learn from it or use it). And yes hes been kicking hinney and taking names today , Gary (a friend) told me a while back that he might make jock-of-the-year this year because of all the irons he had in the fire and so far if he doesnt they should throw the thing in the lake.

He just wins FAR more than he loses , and hes ITM well over half his races (and thats something a bettor should pay attention to)

MMM you are absolutley right! You gave the "Prado Alert" so I searched and after finding I missed out you can believe that the "Alert" has been elevated. If I didn't see that I missed out it wouldn't have made any difference. A lessoned learned here for the beginner.

I want to thank you for the " Prado Alert" and of course all of your helpful insights and selects.

I was going to mention it earlier , but a certain member here who loves me to death (literally) had picked a horse against him in the 10th . And it was a sound pick but I thought that if I go against his post (he was by far the first) it might be construed as a rassing of some sorts and members would be clamoring to have my head .

To the posters above that felt left-out because I didnt bring thier attention to Edgar Prado today , I am sorry now !

Really sorry cause I left it alone to avoid as I stated " to avoid a conflict " , well that was a very short sited assumption on my part because its got me one anyway . I deleted another post by that member (who was warned) that was very abrasive and everything he warranted (by singing up here ) that he wouldnt do ( as many in the past ) .

I will now lock this thread and let the higher ups deal with this as I have given my word to not engage with such rabble .

And all of the above is the truth and it was asked of me , I didnt throw it out to start anything " I just stated a fact ! "
